How Kamelija Got Its Name?
Kamelija (Camellia) is a symbol of love and joy. A red flower is given as evidence of an un-smothered passion...
According to the legend, dating back to 1870 year, the flower was brought from the Far East (Japan) to Boka Bay by an old captain from Kotor. He gave Camellia to his wife as a present. Doing that, he showed that the distance did not alienate them, but that their love still existed being full of passion! That how Camellia domesticated in this region and it is grown by those full of generosity and nobleness, those who greatly appreciate love.
